About ‘Till Food Do Us Part
Hi my name is Jin, a foodie who is living & breathing in Vancouver since 2000.
Growing up in the rural part of Korea taught me a lot about the importance of good food using good ingredients.
The more I mature, the more I am becoming aware of my health and the environment. I try to cook with all organic ingredients I can find, and I try to avoid eating meat most of the time (I’m working on my way to becoming vegetarian!).
ALL the baking I do is derived from vegan recipes.
I do not believe in ridiculous diets (such as one food, detox,,,etc), rather, on enjoying the things I like in moderation.
We only get one chance in life- so why not sweeten it up a bit?
